Finca El Ángel, located on the Santa Ana volcano in El Salvador, is renowned for its unique coffee quality, shaped by volcanic soil and a distinct climate. Acquired by Rafael Silva in 2023, the farm won two Cup of Excellence awards in 2024 for its SL-28 varietal. Rafael, a 6th-generation coffee producer, manages the farm and family mill, continuing a legacy dating back to 1870. El Salvador is also home to the Pacamara varietal, known for its rich, complex flavors of spice, black tea, citric acidity, caramel, and vanilla.
